A: Each session includes a professional photo shoot, up to 5 edited digital family photos, and a behind-the-scenes studio experience.
Q: How will I receive my photos?
A: Your edited digital photos will be sent to your email within 2 weeks of your session.
Q: Can I get printed copies of my photos?
A: Your edited digital photos will be delivered to your email, and you can choose to print them at home or at any print shop you prefer. If you choose to print at Vistaprint, you can use our exclusive 33% discount code — perfect for creating holiday cards or family keepsakes.
Q: How long is each photo session?
A: Sessions typically last about 15 minutes, allowing enough time for a variety of poses. We also schedule a short buffer between sessions to ensure a relaxed experience for every family.
Q: How early should we arrive for our session?
A: We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, getting settled, and making sure everyone’s picture-ready.
Q: Can I bring my whole family?
A: Yes. We happily accommodate families up to 7 members. Please let us know when you book your session how many people will be in your group, so we can prepare for a seamless experience.
Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: For now, we’re unable to accommodate pets during sessions, but we look forward to capturing your family’s special moments together.
Q: What should we wear?
A: We recommend coordinating colours rather than matching exactly. Neutral tones with a pop of festive colour (like deep red, emerald green, or gold) photograph beautifully. Avoid large logos or busy patterns that might distract from your smiling faces.
Q: Can I bring props?
A: Yes. Bring along any special props (ornaments, blankets, or a favourite Christmas book) to make your session extra personal.
